Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every order is packed with care, love, and intention. Please take a moment to review my shop policies before purchasing.


✨ General Policy

  • All sales are FINAL — no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Live Sale deposits are non-refundable.
  • Once an order has been placed, cancellations are not accepted.
  • If there are any issues with your order, please reach out to me via email, TikTok, Instagram, or through the contact tab on my website. I’m always happy to help resolve any concerns.

✨ Processing & Shipping

  • My current processing time is 2–14 business days. Your order will be packed with love and shipped as quickly as possible.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
  • Once packages are shipped, they are out of my control. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will require additional shipping charges to resend.
  • International Customers: I am not responsible for tariffs or customs fees. These charges are determined by your country. If you’re uncomfortable covering tariffs, please refrain from purchasing.

✨ Live Sales & Invoices

  • Invoices will be posted to the Live Sale section of my website within two business days after each live sale.
  • Live Sale listings must be purchased within 24 hours, unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Unpaid invoices will result in your basket being canceled and may limit participation in future sales.
  • If you anticipate a delay in payment, please reach out — communication is always appreciated!

  • All items are sold as-is; no returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • Once an item has been claimed, no put-backs will be allowed.
  • Please keep screenshots or notes of your claimed items for your reference.

  • Kindness is required! I strive to create a positive, welcoming space for everyone.
  • Any rude or disrespectful behavior will result in removal from the live and refusal of future service.
  • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not follow shop policies.
