🌙 Live Sale Rules

Welcome to Fiona’s Mystic Moon Live Sales! ✨
These events are one of my favorite ways to connect with you and share beautiful crystals in real time. Please take a moment to review the rules below so everything runs smoothly and fairly for everyone.

✨ General Live Sale Guidelines

  • Please FOLLOW me on TikTok — this allows us to communicate about your order through direct message.
  • To claim an item, comment “CL” + the item code (the letter/number combo shown on screen).
  • Claims are awarded based on what appears first on my screen, which may differ from yours due to internet delays.
  • Each claim is a commitment to purchase. Please claim responsibly.
  • You may replace a claimed item once per live, and only with another item of equal or greater value.
  • Upgrades (e.g., trading a $25 piece for a $35 piece of the same material) are always welcome.
  • Once the live has ended, put-backs are not accepted.

💎 For New Customers

If this is your first time claiming during a live sale:

  • A one-time, non-refundable $10 deposit is required immediately upon your first claim.
  • This deposit goes toward your final basket total.
  • If the deposit is not paid, your claim will be canceled and the item returned to the table.
  • You can make this deposit through the New Customer Deposit listing on my website.
  • Be sure to include your TikTok username in the notes at checkout.

🪄 How to Read the Claim Tags

Each item shown on the live will have a tag showing the inventory code — a number and a letter:

  • The number = the price
  • The letter/number combo = the inventory code

To claim, comment the letter/number code exactly as shown.
Claims that don’t include the correct code may not be honored.

💰 Invoicing & Payment

  • Invoices are posted under the Live Sale section of my website within two business days after the live.
  • I’ll send a direct message on TikTok when all invoices are ready.
  • Payment is due within 24 hours.
  • If there’s no communication or payment after 24 hours, your listing will be canceled and future claiming privileges may be limited.
  • Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
  • You may also add items from my website to your live sale basket before checkout to combine shipping!

🔮 Additional Live Sale Notes

  • Pre-claims: Items requested before a live must be paid in full at the time of claiming.
  • List requests: You’re always welcome to request specific items or categories during the live! Requests do not hold items — all items remain open for anyone to claim unless previously shown.
  • Open boxes: I am not currently offering open boxes due to space limitations. This may start in the future!
  • Outstanding balances: Customers with unpaid orders are ineligible to claim new items until their balance is cleared.
  • Communication is always appreciated — if you need more time or have questions about your invoice, please message me!

Fiona’s Mystic Moon lives are meant to be a safe, kind, and inclusive space.

  • Please be respectful to everyone in the chat — no hate or negativity will be tolerated.
  • Anyone being disrespectful may be removed or blocked at my discretion.
  • I truly appreciate everyone’s support and want this space to stay welcoming and positive for all.
